How We Work With You And Your Insurance Provider

At Facial Surgery Institute we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your dental insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Insurance coverage under many health plans may or may not cover your treatment. While we will do everything to help you and your family navigate the maze of insurance coverage, we do not make any insurance decisions. Your plan is between you and your insurance carrier. Patients occasionally become upset with us because of decisions made by their insurance carrier. Again, these decisions are made by your insurance carrier not by us. We are on your side and we will help you get your procedure approved by providing proper coding and documentation about your condition, but the insurance carrier makes the ultimate decision. You are the best advocate for your treatment since you own the plan.
